1/2 cup Organic Ripe Jackfruit Pieces (blended into a puree)
1 ripe banana, mashed
1 cup flour
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup sweetener
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon finely ground sea salt

Instructions
Blend and mash Organic Ripe Jackfruit Pieces (drained), banana, coconut oil, and sweetener until smooth. Stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and water.
Bake in a greased muffin pan at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
