Ingredients
- 1 red onion, finely diced
- 4 large garlic cloves, finely minced
- 8 vegan minced meatballs
- 250 g dried pasta
- 400 g tinned tomatoes
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp sage
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tsp sugar
Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Sauté diced onion and garlic in olive oil in an ovenproof pan for 5 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients, stir, and bake for 35 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning and serve.
