- 50g unsalted butter
- 100g light brown sugar
- 6 MIDITER Pineapple Rings
- 6-7 glacé cherries
- 100g unsalted butter
- 100g caster sugar
- 100g self-raising flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Prepare the caramel base by melting butter with brown sugar, then pour into a greased cake tin. Arrange pineapple rings and cherries on top.
- Mix the batter by beating butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour, baking powder, and milk until smooth. Pour over the pineapple rings.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30-35 minutes, cool slightly, then invert onto a plate to serve.
